After 30 years in HR, we had seen enough. As CIPD-qualified HR Directors, we grew tired of the relentless bias against business owners—wrongly portrayed as “evil, profit-hungry monsters” rather than the hardworking, risk-taking individuals who drive the economy forward. Time and time again, we heard the same story: business owners feeling vilified, walking on eggshells, and constantly second-guessing themselves, no matter how fairly they tried to operate.
We knew it was time to readdress the balance. That’s why we created a different kind of HR service—one designed and run by business owners, for business owners.
